The Standard Apartments

Hii are you interested in taking over my lease at the Standard Apartments?

The lease is available until 08/31/2027, for 1 bedroom and individual bathroom in a 5 person unit! And two of the rooms are full out of the 5 total. The unit has a kitchen,... washer, dryer, gym, TV, and dishwasher. It’s a really great apartment, right next to the whole foods and between downtown and campus. The apartment has a lot to offer including study rooms, car parking, fun social events, a free coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby, a nice gym, pool, jacuzzi, free printer, and sauna. There’s a lot to do with friends in the apartment. We have a ping pong table, grill, game room (VR golf), and a rock wall. The roof also has an incredible view, and the pool has a giant movie screen so there’s often sports or a show playing.
