Rent: Originally $1975 for the whole unit + utilities (~$100/month). I’m listing for my room but my roommate is likely to sublet her room too, so let me know if you’re interested in subletting the whole room. Price and move-in... date are negotiable. Internet and recycling are free.

Key fob access, parcel lockers, and a spacious elevator (bike-friendly). Super close to campus, <5 min walk to lilies or plc.

Pet-friendly (no high-risk breeds; $200 pet deposit and $20/month pet rent per animal).
Note: While the building doesn’t get great natural light, the unit has excellent artificial lighting, making it ideal for someone who’s out all day or comfortable with artificial light.

This unit is unfurnished, but me and my roommate have some furniture.
