Looking for one respectful and clean roommates to share our home with. The following room is available:

Single Bedroom ($720 - Utilities included)

- Single room on the top floor of the house
- Shared bathroom room with 2 other roommates
- Personal... bathroom on the bottom floor of the house

Home has recently had carpets professionally cleaned and air ducts cleaned with new filter installed. Home has central AC, brand new washer and drier, kitchen with gas appliances, and granite counter tops. Basic house rules of removing shoes, keeping the kitchen tidy, and cleaning up after yourself. Home is located off of Coburg Rd near Crescent Ave. Street parking available!

I am a PhD student at the University of Oregon. I enjoy quiet nights keeping to myself and playing games online, watching different forms of media, and swimming. My two other roommates are graduate students at UO as well. Ari and Heather are masters students in the conflict resolution program. The shower in the bathroom will be shared with Heather and myself (Ari has their own), you will have your own personal half bathroom on the bottom floor of the house. Ideally looking for like-minded upper classmen/graduate students at UO to fill the room.

All four of the roommates will be on the lease and a deposit equal to a bit less than one month's rent will be due upon moving in.
