Westward Ho House

Looking for two housemates!
Two rooms for rent in a 5bd house with 3 physics grad students (all going into 2nd year).
One room at $650/mo and a primary bedroom at $750/mo, + 1/5th of utilities. (pictures are from before we moved in).
The house is... just north of the river from campus and convenient bike-ride.
Hoping for move in earlier in the summer if possible, but timing is flexible.
There'll be two cats - so probably not much room for more pets.
