This is a short term rental of 30 days or longer. All utilities are included as well as internet. Pets are welcome on approval. The entire rental is the top floor for complete privacy. The lower level is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, Family room and Kitchenette that can be rented at the same time for an additional fee, for larger groups.
