Cozy Furnished Room in a Beautiful University Neighborhood

A comfortable furnished room is available for the summer months in a tidy and peaceful home located in the picturesque University neighborhood, close to Amazon Park and Amazon Pool.

The area has nearby groceries shops, restaurants, bakeries, the... YMCA, city recreation centers, and many other amenities nearby. The bus stop is just a few blocks away, and the neighborhood is very bike-friendly.

The house is fully furnished, clean, and filled with natural light, indoor plants, and a calm atmosphere. The property also includes a small backyard garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors. A friendly senior cat also lives in the home.

The house is centrally heated with a heat pump, and each bedroom has an additional electric baseboard heater for extra comfort.

I am looking for a responsible, clean, and quiet tenant who will appreciate and help maintain the peaceful environment of the home.

House Rules:
