When submitting your application, you will need to provide at least the last three months' worth of paystubs/proof of income. All applications must have income verification attached to be accepted.
Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent. Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc. A minimum of two rental references is preferred. Once approved a $40 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $50 for out of state reports.
