Roommate for 2-bedroom unit at University Manor

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit which I have already applied to and been approved for so I am hoping to find a roommate before I sign the lease-even if you can’t move-in/pay rent for a couple months. I am a rising senior at UO, so I am hoping to... find someone that can move in anytime between now and the start of fall term/end of September. I have already seen the unit in person and spoken to previous residents and can attest to the recent renovations having been done well and not just a surface-level renovation. The two bedrooms each have a closet and large window, and are very similar in size. There is a full kitchen, living room, full bathroom, and in-unit laundry as well. The building is set around a very nice green courtyard and is relatively small (only two floors). The lease would be for 12-13 months, although if you were only able to occupy for part of that time I may be open to that.
