The Hayward Student Living Apartments (Shared Housing)

I personally love living at the Hayward. Specifically, I love its location. The Hayward is located in downtown Eugene, near many cool coffee shops, thrift stores, and restaurants. For those without cars, The Hayward is very close to the Eugene bus... station and about a 25-minute walk to campus. The rooms are a pretty decent size. It comes with plenty of storage space and your own private bathroom! The apartment comes furnished, which made moving in a breeze. The Haywards gyms are currently under renovation, but thankfully, from our apartment, you will not be disturbed by any construction. I'd say the place is overall good vibes, especially with its price, how could I complain!! My roommate and I are looking for two people to join the living space. We already found someone to sign the lease for one of the bedrooms, so now we are just looking for a fourth roomie!! We are all very respectful and kind. We value a positive and clean living space.
